After working in a toddler and preschool center at Keene State, Christina began teaching at The Children's School in 2006 where she is dedicated to its educational philosophy, NAEYC accreditation, beautiful classrooms, and the parent cooperative model. She lives in Richmond with her husband and young son. Haleigh grew up in Bedford, New Hampshire with her parents and two sisters. She moved to Burlington to attend Champlain College where she graduated in 2010 with her Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education. For the past four years, Haleigh has been teaching in pre-school and toddler age classrooms in South Burlington. She is a licensed teacher in Vermont. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with friends and family. Haleigh believes in play-based learning and couldn't be more excited to be a part of The Children's School community. "I believe children learn best through play, and should be given the opportunity to develop their own interests and explore the world around them. No two children are the same and it's important to welcome and encourage them all as individuals."

When she is not playing, she enjoys spending time with her partner, Matt, and their dog, Finn. She also volunteers with Let's Grow Kids to advocate for high quality early childhood education for all Vermont's children.
